4. Mental-Health and Emergency Situations

Life Without Limits is not an emergency-response service, crisis center, healthcare provider, or emergency mental-health provider.

The website, email, contact forms, coaching communications, social-media communications, and other Life Without Limits communication channels should not be used to request emergency assistance.

7. Discovery Sessions and Consultations

Life Without Limits may offer Discovery Sessions, introductory consultations, program-selection conversations, or similar preliminary meetings.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

• A Discovery Session is intended to identify needs, discuss goals, explore potential services, and determine whether an offering may be appropriate;
• Scheduling or participating in a Discovery Session does not guarantee acceptance into a program;
• A Discovery Session does not guarantee availability;
• A Discovery Session does not guarantee any specific result;
• A Discovery Session does not automatically establish an ongoing coaching relationship;
• Life Without Limits may determine that a particular service is not appropriate for an individual’s needs;
• Additional agreements, enrollment requirements, payments, or onboarding procedures may be required before services begin; and
• Either party may decide not to proceed following the Discovery Session.

8. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The website is intended primarily for adults who are legally capable of entering binding agreements.

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to independently purchase services or enter into a service agreement.

Individuals under the legal age of majority may participate only when:

Applicable scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, missed-session, attendance, refund, and transfer policies may be provided:

You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the correct date, time, location, and time zone.

Late attendance may reduce the available session time. Missed sessions may be treated according to the policy disclosed for the applicable service.

Life Without Limits may reschedule or modify a session, program, event, speaker appearance, facilitator assignment, location, delivery method, schedule, or program format when reasonably necessary.

When practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

11. Fees, Payments, Billing, and Purchases

Certain services may require payment.

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, installment options, recurring-payment terms, taxes, processing terms, and other purchase information will be disclosed through the applicable booking process, invoice, enrollment document, checkout page, proposal, contract, or written agreement.

By providing payment information or authorizing a transaction, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
• The information you provide is accurate;
• You authorize the applicable charge;
• You are responsible for all approved fees and applicable taxes; and

The refund, cancellation, credit, or transfer policy presented for a particular purchase, program, event, service, invoice, or agreement will control that transaction.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, upload, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, translate, create derivative products from, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to these materials.

18. Community and Group Participation

19. Group Confidentiality

Life Without Limits may encourage participants in group programs to respect one another’s privacy and keep personal discussions confidential.

However, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.

Information shared in a group environment may be heard, remembered, discussed, recorded without authorization, or disclosed by other participants despite applicable rules.

You should use personal judgment regarding what you disclose in group settings.

Do not share information that you are not comfortable communicating in a group environment.

20. Confidentiality Limitations
